Meet Joel & Andrew Bieri

Straightaway Fence Co. was founded by brothers Joel and Andrew Bieri, who set out to create a business built on freedom, family, and craftsmanship. Both began their careers flipping houses in real estate, where they learned the value of hard work, precision, and detail. That experience laid the groundwork for the quality-driven fences they build today.

Joel and Andrew are especially passionate about custom projects — the ones that push creativity and deliver something beyond the standard. Their reputation comes from doing things the right way, even if it takes longer: inspecting every board, prioritizing quality at each step, and building fences that are made to last.

Outside of fence work, you’ll often find the brothers traveling to new places or enjoying sports like pickleball and volleyball, where their teamwork and persistence show up just as strongly as they do in their business.
